if u just can't stop eating alots then keep it up but dont eat before going on bed . Because people those eat alots before sleep they can be in a realy trouble . when people eat before sleep what is the worse thing happend with them ? yes their food can't digest properly and then start getting weight . And sametime their digestive system can be hurt too .
