hi
as you can see im new here and i have been reading some of the messages posted on the board and its so nice to know you are not on your own. i have just finished yet another course of yet another antidepressant and have given up taking them, life is not any better with them or with out them but at least without them i dont get all the nasty side effects.i am now 45 years old and as far back as i can remember its been one round then another with different tablets so now im going to try something different and i am reading through the learning guide on depression
wish me luck
