Crossroad to Insanity

Postby Oluani » Tue May 05, 2009 10:52 pm

A train stops and a young boy was been dropped off carrying a suitcase full of bottled water and a feather tip pen in his left hand. yelling out to the crowd come and get your water and you get to sign your name on my t-shirt. the crowd gathered around and the boy yelled out Stop! Taxi. the driver stopped and with a bold look on his face said " I don't usually stop for little customers but hey Today is your lucky day kid hop in. The boy settled in the back seat as the driver turned and asked where to? The boy just stared out the window and with a smirk on his face looked at the driver and said Today is your lucky day too sir, I am on my way to my dads funeral Mr Clayton. I am sure you have heard about my father haven't you? The driver looked at the boy through his rear view mirror and said you mean Sir Clayton the Billionaire? The young boy nodded and the driver just cannot believe what he just encountered and said Let me stop here and give you the reader the chance to finish the story mentally what I've just started writing physically.....

You see Most reactions is why?/what is the meaning of this? What the #####?/what does this have to accomplish? We (myself included)most of times do not rely on reasonings to believe in something/anything that does not have any connection with our five senses Touch,Smell,Taste,Hear and the most reliable sense of all Vision (Sight)Then what is reasoning? where does it root from? It rooted from all the senses combining with results from our brain processing the information (Seeing/hearing is Believing right?) So......... What is my point really? I have just stired you up mentally on a wild goose chase of emotions and feelings of trying to make sense of what I am talking about therefore...............a split second Insanity (on and off) without you even realizing it (Starting from the story I started then stop.)

Let me give you an example:Legally a handful amout of people in our country walked out of Courtrooms with the Insanity Plea Bargain. You may have heard of some related cases from the media and the news yourself. And some these crimes are very brutal which the Defendant was set free from because of the Insanity Plea. and I quote: "The Defendant was incapable mentally of recognizing right from wrong during the crime been committed". Therefore plea of not guilty as results of Insanity>
My definition of Insanity:The reactions I choose to make from how I am feeling at the moment are way faster versus my own brain processing the data received. It does not mean I do not know right from wrong?

My point is I am not writing about Insanity Plea Bargains I am writing about Insanity and every one of us have access to within our own selves and the key is how to control it the right way.

Two paragraphs in and I stopped reading what you wrote. I scrolled further down. No one posted a reply to your thread. I would've at least felt better if I had read a reply from someone that said, "I don't understand what you are talking about", but there were no such replies, so I kept reading, controlling my insanity for the sake of reassurance. Clearly, I have already found my key.

I would have to say that Oluani is in denial. There is a reason for everything. The boy in your story was just trying to get attention. :)

Please read the second paragraph you will find the answer. The story is purposely to stir up the readers feelings and it is plain fiction. Therefore, thank you for reading Insanity. :? Welcome to the Forum!!

Thanks for the welcome. I actually stopped reading it too but forced myself after reading what Gil wrote. I thought that was how a person seeks attention though, by attempting to stir up emotions without cause. I knew a girl that did that kind of stuff all the time because she wanted to be perceived as crazy. However, she was far from insane. I think everyone is born insane. We are just taught to be sane. If a person does not mature and learn to be sane, then I agree with part of what you say. I recall the first time I discovered my conscious and it was AFTER I did something wrong. (2 years old)
