P.S. Please give your readers a break and provide paragraph breaks. Every one to three sentences is good. No one really likes to slog through a wall of text.

Thank you.

Another tip, CandyApples: when you reply to a thread where other peope have been, best NOT to start with "I didn't read the other responses"... It sounds dismissive, like you don't want to be a part of this community, you know?

Hmm never thought about it like that, and I guess, I dont really ..need to feel community? I look at it as Im viewing an individuals post, and I'm there to help them for that moment, which is why I clicked on it in the first place, and when I read it, I automatically know what I want to say. I dont not care about other people, but I just dont have any need to read response after responses when the conversation is between me and the author. 1 on 1, small groups with me. My way of forming community is having the usual people like you and Richard pop up in my responses, the more I hear from you the more I write back and that in itself I guess bringing me into the community like I care (may not agree with) about what you all say and am thankful for the imput. Def not in this though for a read everything sorta group assignment type deal...and I mean that in the best way possible it probably sounds awful but just being honest.

Oh yes, I forgot the breaks in my writing. I have noticed you all take the policing in this area very seriousluy. To be fair I think ppl like me and the writer under the name Desperate are on here more to vent and journal? I will keep it in mind to use more spaces though as I understand its easier on the eyes.

and, whats odd to me is this forum is created for self help or help in general...so its weird to me to find so many people who are controlling and dictative in the sense of trying to control how one writes, what one writes about, or is a little harsh in the begining as far as not knowing the ropes. This isnt aimed at anyone, its just what Ive noticed by reading and being on here.
Imagine going to a therapist and the therapist saying "sit up straight" "make eye contact" "speak more clearly and pause at your sentence" " cross your arms" "wear purple to these meetings"---------they'd have no clients eventually...
