In your last message you said that you would like to talk to your aunt but you can't.

I asked if there was something else you could talk to her about. For example, if you asked about her trip, you could talk with her without the focus being on you. Also, it might be nice for her if you asked.

As you may have read from elsewhere on the site, it is good for you to talk, and not always about "heavy" stuff.

I tried to ask my aunt for the therapist(didn't though) and I seriously had a panic attack.

Well done for trying.

It might be easier if you could talk about something less anxiety provoking with her, so you can get used to staying calm while talking to her.

Keep breathing, and try to exhale as slowly and gently as possible. This will help to prevent a panic attack.

Good luck!

I asked her!
I finally asked her!
And she said she will get me one soon.

trust me Im sure your Aunt will be VERY understanding of this, im suprised you havent already had a therapist after hearing everything, I think she may be suprised to herself that "why didnt I ever think to get you a therapist" after whats happened. You most definitly need to try you hardest to work up the courage to ask, let her do the rest driving, scheduling it, finding one, ect... and in a way you will be already making progress with her efforts to help you get help.

I hope the next time you post You can say you did let her know, and asked trust me as an adult she will understand, anyone in your situation would have something "wrong" to tell, because something happened, try not to feel so alone, and not normal from all this, because your not alone, you just have to make the first step on getting help because this will be hard to ever beat by yourself. please just ask, dont think about it and just say it, regardless of what fears you have, and I assure you, you will be glad you did.
