mutual liking and assimilation becomes mandatory

I have been thinking the same thought over and over again for months, even years and this thought originates through reading about hypnosis and NLP.
Actually hypnosis made me more 'racist' and it is a bit depressing me.
Maybe it is not really racism, but it is the awareness that liking someone from my own culture and people having the same ethnic features is better.

I came to this result because I read some books. Some about seduction/marketing others about NLP, hypnosis.

The 'evidence' is in there that building rapport originates from mutual or reciprocal liking.
The idea is that people with the same color of eyes, hair color, body shape and also the same interests, hobbies, politics like each other more.
Until now I have not read somewhere that culture or ethnicity is of influence but if you draw a logical conclusion then you get to think it is highly likely that this also influences the perception of liking someone.
Since I understand these things I start to get convinced more and more that immigrants should better assimilate, else they won’t survive. I start to think, what if being different
(like the Jews speak another language and write different and talk with an accent) can lead to so much hatred, that the others, the non dominating group becomes destructed. Again.
I live in Western Europe and it can happen right?! It seems a bit to me that the USSR was a better and more peaceful place to live, if you assimilate at least.
Another thing ( I think I mentioned it here before) is that the parasympathic mind generalizes. It is the intuitive, simple, part of the thinking that distinguishes the skin color and the shape/brightness of the eyes of someone.
If I start thinking about it rationally then I think, yeah well I have to be nice and behave cool towards this immigrant, but it is mechanic. It is less authentic and not really genuine.
Hypnosis / subliminal psychology made me draw these conclusions.

Something else that influences my thinking is that xenophile people are considered as borderliners. This says that exaggerated interest in another culture is a mental disorder.
This makes me also thing that ‘they’ have to behave like we do. And not otherwise. Then a thing that influenced me is an idea that goes/went through the therapeutic world
and that is that there is a psychiatrist researcher (dont know his name) who believes that people who suffer under schizophrenia always have one blue and one brown eye.
(of course this should not lead to the fallacious thinking that all people with one blue and one brown eye are mentally ill or so)

I hate it all together. I know that biologists think different. They believe in heterosis and heterosis of races should lead to physically better humans.
I grant everyone the best, but I cant handle the hate. Online there is a lot of discussion about what to say to people with a darker, other skin. Some people get upset easily.

And to me it seems that it is not possible for people of different races to live together. But it depends of what quality of living you strive for. If you want to degrade the western societies then it doesn’t matter.
It seems that the white people have other, more ambitious skills and that a lot of potency is not used. We are still leaning backwards to see how immigrants cannot cope. NEVER. Western Europe has actually to slow down.

Assimilation theories come from the concept of reciprocal liking and hypnosis and NLP prove over and over again it works so assimilation should be the standard.

Biology doesn't make a person racist. Racism is a social contract.

But recognizing a skin color is not a social contract. Its innate. Even if you dont know the word for a specific color you still see the difference.
After that; experiences with people having different skins determine what you like and dislike.

Which is a social contract. Experiences is not biology.
