Sometimes I no have control on my emotional reactions ..

Hi,
I work in big company and my position is no big, but have some important work dates with seriously themes.
Sometime in seriously conversations I looked different,comic angle for no comic stories

, but I still very rational and serious thinked.The problem is that no bring trust in my managers and colegs. This is very irritation for them, and my career is stalled(I'm very good in my work and I have correctly words for these situation, but this break all).I like to see things from many angles, but in communication process I no have control on my emotions and they erupt in wrong time (laughter)!
What's is the possibility for control this?

Comic angle for no comic stories means you are talking when it may be better to be quiet. Why do you think you need to talk, to give your comic story? It may be because you feel uncomfortable if no one is talking or you are seeking approval from others.

Work on listening more and only speak when it is important you contribute to the work. Listening is a skill. It can help you get your career on track.

Yes I know this, but these reactions is not volitional! This is my problem and this prevents my verbal fights with opponents

I not speaking, this is expression on my face.
In other cases I'm very quiet. ...

Being happy and laughing is healthy, and it will often be the opposite mood from serious egotists, egotists don't have much fun, maybe you would enjoy working somewhere where the people are more friendly.

Sometimes I no have control on my emotional reactions ..
