We are writing to invite you to visit and join our forum. 'Counselling: become who you are' is an established forum focusing on counselling and related topics. since the original forum opened in 2004 we have developed greatly, and although we have a large number of members already we would love to see more people joining us.

The forum is simple to join and completely free. The forum is open to anyone, those in personal therapy, those training or qualified, and people who have an interest in counselling, life, growth, self awareness and communication. Please note that whilst this forum has members who are counsellors in training or qualified counsellors, this forum is not offering counselling. It is a place where members can share their knowledge and experience, and to support one another. We welcome people from all models of counselling to share their experiences here.

Please come and look around our forum. It has many interesting topics, articles and other useful information. I hope you like what you see and join - we welcome new input from people with a range of interests and experiences related to counselling. You can share with us as little or as much information about yourself as you wish. There is no need to use your own name. Using a made up name can help you remain anonymous. There are rules with regards to posting and these help keep the forum as safe as possible. If you have your own website you can put a link to this in your signature.

The site is managed by admin/mods, two of which are qualified counsellors. All have many years personal and professional experience and knowledge in the Therapy and mental health field.

For those looking for counselling/psychotherapy there is also useful information about finding the right counsellor for you and links to help this happen.

You will find us at www.counselling.forumup.org and will receive a warm welcome. You can also email the forum for more info at [email protected]
