Postby Deez_Nuttz » Mon Aug 17, 2015 7:07 pm

I weigh 336 pounds but my body feels old as hell ): im soooo sad, i feel as if life sucks for me & i have no way out /: i also think my health is deteriorating slowly, i'll die eventually. That's why i am crying out for help. I need a struct diet for a fat person trying to lose a huge amount of weight, yet either turn it into muscle or gain muscle at the same time & a completely new food lifestyle, not pop & all that other good stuff. I Need a way out of this body as i am sooooo miserable. I've been big all my life but i was the skinny kid as a youngin'. Help Me Out /:

Set a goal. This is the most powerful thing you can ever do, in any area of life. Set a goal to reach a target weight by a certain time. Be realistic but also make sure it will be a challenge, otherwise your results will be less than what you're capable of. Once you have a goal and know in your mind you will achieve it, everything will fall into place. You'll unconsciously start eating healthier, have a stronger desire to workout and feel much more optimistic about your weight loss journey. Weight loss is never about the program or the supplement, it's about the drive of the individual. Eat healthy, watch your nutrient intake carefully, be active and focus on improving your efforts each day. That's how it's done.

hope i helped,

Stephen

Hey there. Being fat sucks, I was never overweight, but my sister was and she always felted horrible. Sometimes its more than food; stress, depression, lack of exercise, genetics are some of the causes) Remember though its never to late to lose wait. Do you have an ultimate end goal? Like living long enough to see your grandchildren graduate, or being able to run a mile in 5 minutes flat? Hope this helps, message me on fb connor h cranston if you need more advice

Start small and step by step you will get there!

Try replacing just one meal with a healthier one. Start exercising by walking a short distance everyday, gradually increasing it. There are many ways you can start your course to a happier life :)

It's not that you have to loose a huge amount of weight, no, you have to loose a tiny amount of weight, but each day. And because you only have to loose a tiny amount (each day) turn your attention to more interesting things, most of the day, like who is the person you want to be, or more precisely, who is the person you already feel yearning to become, the person who already is alive in your imagination, wanting to come into being. Who is that person?
