Im becoming afraid to eat

Hello....My master and i are not doing well. Other than that i am have trouble eating/ I had a binge WEEK!!! I weighed 127lbs!!! a few weeks b4 i was 116lbs! now am 124lbs wanting to go back to 116lbs. I am not allowed under 100lbs. But now i cant eat with out crying about it or getting mad. I cried my entire work out the other night. Im not allowed to cut! I have no privacy to binge. My step dad and i are having an affair....Master knows...he says im a pig one day then tells me im thin enough....but all i see now is a fat girl....and i feel dirty every time i eat....my walk to school today was filled with fright and contemplation....tried to to eat oatmeal....couldnt i had eaten some and drank some milk....but i have to work out super hard tonight or i will have to take laxatives and i dont like that! Master says im skinny! Step dad says im skinny1 EX bf says im skinny!!! BUT IM NOT THIN ENOUGH!!! SOCIETY HAS CHANGED ITS CONCEPTS ON WHAT IS FAT AND WHAT ISNT!!!! JUST BC UR NOT 200 LBS DOESNT MEAN U DONT HAVE DISGUSTING JELLY ROLLS AND JUST BECUASE IM AT THE PERFERED WEIGHT FOR MY HIEGHT AND BONE STRUCTURE DOESNT MEAN IM SKINNY!!!!! SUMMMER IS COMING UP AND IM SCARED!!!

eating eating eating around 1000-2000 ....today not that much not counting cals just minimalistic eating....milk milk milk am drinking it fruits and veggies not so scared as guilty now :( and idk feel fat lost about 6lbs and still feel fat

Hi breathingnitrogen

Thanks for posting. We are all unique and different in our own way and that is to be celebrated. You don't have to conform to societies idea of what is fat or thin. You can enjoy being who you are. You can eat the right amount of a healthy diet, You can drink the right amount of healthy drinks. You can do the right amount of healthy exercise.

You can do whatever keeps you happy as long as it doesn't harm you or anybody else.

Some people eat a lot and they are still fit. As long as you know you are okay with yourself, you don't need other people's approval. Some people's metabolism rate are just high. Check your BMI etc, if its fine then stay the way you are
