When Can I get the Ban Lifted from me posting URL's

I am a New User and Have Aquired Savant Syndrome But I can't show my works to any psychologists without being able to send a link of my work, any help would be appreciated because I am going nowhere fast with out Proving I am a Savant and I can't prove it unless I show the works

A link here to your works isn't going to get you diagnosed with the Mind of a Savant, although arranging for a consultation with a face-to-face psychologist could only be beneficial for you.
