Me too! I am fighting that off.

This is where I think John is full of crap. John pretends like whatever he needs to do is some secret. Why? Why so elusive about what he wants to accomplish?

He obviously can accomplish tasks such as getting up, doing some light exercise, and going for a walk on the beach. But when it comes to this “tarea” this “meta” or goal he wants to accomplish he avoids the discussion. He hides. And that is the problem in my opinion.

John is not blocked. He is self handicapping. He has set some goal for himself that he doesn’t want to discuss. If he was to discuss the goal it will bring out the realities of why he can’t realize any progress. He wants to avoid that discussion in order to lament his recurring “block”.

Exactly! No one but John knows, because apparently John does not want to confront that whatever it is that he is trying to “get started” is yet to be clarified even by him.

Maybe he wants to be the first president of the universe. Who knows? Maybe John doesn’t even know. It is hard to get started towards a destination when you don’t have any clue where that might be or what paths might work to get you there.

All we get from John is some vague “help me I’m blocked” but when you ask blocked from what he has no idea. Blocked from writing his memoirs? Blocked from light exercise? No. Blocked from becoming the worlds first quadruple trillionaire?

It’s a joke, with the punch line that John is going nowhere in life fast.

this happen to me !
An entire day without doing nothing. Only gim and the beach.

I have accomplish today the second task.
I begin late but I finish soon.

No important issues during execution. I have almost 60 sheets written with my thoughts pending to process to the computer .

Do you know the story of the donkey that was thrown to a pit and covered with sand ?

The donkey stand over the sand and finally come out of the pit. I am the donkey.

I want to live !!!.

My auto instructions obviously fills a void and make a spider web where I can find answers and energy.

Like a neurological net able to give anwers to my anxiety.

But that is only a part of my problem. We all know many people with no knowledge and low capacities that solve splendily well their lives . With a good attitude or the "amor fati".

So tomorrow I will repeat the sport and the beach. I promise.

I hope finish the rest of my works.

I really don't get your point of view.

It's an office work to be executed with the pc or laptop. It's also a relative creative work What I have to confront is simple :

- Different feelings managing software. I have trauma with microsoft office, with windows explorer and some other programs.

I have these problems since windows 98 second edition.

Obviously is the seen part of my iceberg.

I don't believe in my perfectionism.

I believe in my fear, in my insecurity.

I think my fear or anxiety affects my short term memory and made very unpleasant any incidence. So there is an important component of evitation or procrastination.

What problems , incidences or in spanish (efectos brujos, cuelgues, disfuncionalidades) are feared by me ?

- Fail sending an email just in the moment i need.
- Feel the different pression of a key from a software to another.
- The feared insert key in microsoft word.
- Hang up the system o have a problem that usually happen after a long procrastination and when i have lack of time to acomplish the task (se une el hambre con las ganas de comer).
- lags and disfunctions in windows that for me are very unpleasant.

I do like the new hat. I bet you have a nice collection of hats. Hats for different occasions, different seasons. I own two hats.

So I was way off. More similar to desperate than I realized.

Today a very interesting day with no advances.

At first hour in the morning I exercise and then a bath

When we live alone is not easy observ or autoobserv our phisycal state o mental situation. Or the state of our memory.

Nevertheless I have some alternatives I am tryingt with good results

- Android apps for memory : working memory . Remember sequences specially.

- Android apps for psycology and cast test your daily mood.

- My home exercise (a wall with TRX and a little floor to practice floor exercises.

Today I tried floor excercies.

I am in a very low level . So Is not strange I have difficulties in other fields.

You can try, by example, clean the lower part of the sanitaries in your bath and observ your bod.y.....

I don't take any medicines, just because I suppose that if you go to your doctor simple recipe you with a lot of pills.

The basis is not the pills. The basis is sleep, feed, sport and ocium relaxing and clarifying our mind.

That's my first thing to learn.

But when you go to the doctor he assumed your are applying correctly with no results the above steps. Or simply you can't do it.

I think in a few cases is indicated the use of pills. Pills are not for me.

Tomorrow I will work by body and reinforced my mind with supplements.

And I will continue trying my work after a good rest.

So your fears and anxieties are irrational. If you fail to type in a password correctly no one dies, the world does not end, there are no bad consequences.

And you use exercise and a “good rest” as excuses to avoid your irrational fears.

Seek out a good therapist.
