If you want to overcome nervousness or fearless speech the first guideline is simply to know what you’re talking aboutWhen you become in authority on you’re topic the audience will want to learn what they can from you and you don’t have to struggle to keep your messages straight if you know the messages as wellOnce you’ve mastered your topic the next step is to master your presentation just make sure your rehearse the entire speech so that you will be comfortable presenting it and practice any difficult parts repealing into the flow smoothly whether or not you memorize each word you should make sure you know the order of your messages

what do you think ?

Very good Tip in deed.
How can you not be afraid if you don't know what to share. Being informed, very knowledgeable of your convictions is very important. thanks

Good advice.

It can only help. I noticed the more prepared I am, the better things go.

Some people panic anyway. I know I did. I guess at some point I figured more of the same just reinforced that I sucked at public speaking.

But ultimately, I found my problem was rooted with me having panic attacks. Once I found a way to remedy that, I became pretty good at public speaking.

I still don't pursue opportunities to do so, but at least I don't avoid times when I need to.

Fear of public speaking -- it's more widespread than we suspect. My daughter, in fact, was an A student in college whose last required class was public speaking. She was so anxious about facing an audience she called me to say, "I may have to drop out of college; I just can't do this dad. Public speaking makes me physically ill."

Treating Public speaking as a natural way of human communication and should be understood in this context.
