I represent 7 of my colleagues and we are working on one of the world famous ostrich show farms in South Africa. Our problem is that the owner of this farm is 100% only thinking of his own pocket. We earn less than $250/month. Our question is, how and what can we do to get more "tips" from our visitors? As we love what we do and don't want to leave our jobs.
Please help us!!!!

Here you go... a free book you and your colleagues can read that is all about how to get tips. Robert Cialdini is the man you want to read his material. From the scarcity principle to reciprocity, his work can teach you how to get tips.

don't rely on tips do your work the best that you can in the future customer can see your dedication and give you tip even if your not asking. And your hardwork can be seen by your boss and its hard to lose hardworking employee, thats the sign for salary increase.
