Hi AW

You might like to read this article and look at the questionnaire here.

Funny that, I vaguely remember getting a near 100% score in another one, but got near 50% in that one :?

I think it is, perhaps, innacurate?

What makes you think the one in which you scored near 100% was more accurate?

Wishful thinking?

No, because if theres one good thing you can say about me, it's a high EQ!

Also if you lie and answer that one correctly for a deliberately high EQ, you get near 50%. Whereas if you answer what it wants you to, then if a person had those characteristics, they would not have what I'd call a high EQ.

I'm afraid that I don't know changing, but perhaps they are the same?

A way to solve this would be examples of people (fictional?) with a high or low EQ.

I always have a bit of problem with questionnaires. I sometimes wonder if I am putting what I perceive to be the right answer rather than the one that I would naturally do. .

I've also done the same questionnaire a few weeks apart and its told me completely different things about myself

Think this is a common thing with questionnaires and as such - it makes them a little unrealiable

It's in speech marks which mean someone else has said it.

That was what I scored on the questionnaire and I copied and pasted it to show other people. . .

You scored 75% correct!

Your score indicates that you have an average EQ. :D

I got 80% in that one! But it's important to realise that these online tests aren't validated, so they're not any sort of objective test. They can be thought -provoking though.

There's another free one downloadable from the products page on my web site at www.practicaleq.com - it's just designed as a thought-provoker though.

I got 65% Which i don't think it is a true picture... the Questions were very easy and each had at least one silly answer.

55%

Didn't really seem right. I always over think the questions and potential answers. I'm too analytical for questionnaires haha
