Finger Numbness After Internal Bruising

I went to a retreat two weekends ago and bruised my right ring finger at the middle joint on the palm side of my hand. Had to keep it straight and wrapped for just less than a week and now have next to no feeling in that finger whatsoever. Rubbing it makes it tingle and I feel like I'm rubbing a bubble due to numbness.
