Of course you can reverse it! Malnutrition and smoking weed can lead to depression, have you gone to the doctor to see if your metabolism and plate count are as they should be? Also, if you are addicted to weed, keep in mind that it's going to be harder and harder to quit, you will gain nothing from keeping it up. You are only 16 and have still a lot to learn about life and yourself. I started smoking (nicotine) at the age of 18 because I was laughing at my friends telling me how hard it is to quit, I just couldn't understand how the smoke could force someone to continue even though they were addicted to it. So I started smoking to prove that I could easily quit, I still smoke today, 6 years later. This just shows how puny my understanding of my own weaknesses was at that age. I would advice you to take a trip to the doctor, he/she will help you out. And again, yes, you can change anything you wan't, some people have been to hell and still made it back with their mental and physical health still intact.

Hi I suggest before you try putting yourself under massive pressure to stop smoking the weed, take a moment to ask yourself what is really getting you down, Home? School? Relationships.
Whatever it is once you begin to discover the root cause you can begin to be more effective in removing it and you will find that the need to smoke disappears gradually.

Smoking anything or using any substance is a crutch that helps us to avoid the real issues. If you look hard enough you may find that you are afraid of something or someone that is driving you down this path of FEAR. Don't worry your ok, seek some professional help if possible or a good friend that can help you through it.
Failing all else come back and talk to us again. FEAR is the main culprit for any substance abuse.
Good Luck
