Music

the music can alter the mental states and when we are a little depressed we can listen to a music to feel more joyful or to deepen in the sadness and to cry perhaps to make some type of catharsis, also when we are very anxious we can listen soft music to relax

I always look for a song to connect with my emotions, to feel them, to express them and to feel me again in balance, I share one of the last songs that generate a sensation of well-being, it is a song that generates me a little sadness, but at the same time relief , and some joy, love, hope

Sow an idea and you will reap a desire;sow a desire and you will reap an action;Sow an action, reap a habit;Plant a habit and you will harvest character;sow a character and reap a destination
–William James

"In the beginning there was the word.." it's a phrase from the bible

All that exists, was in the beginning, an idea, a thought ... the word means that, the subtle world of ideas, which when fed, creates a reality on the physical plane.
It is very important to consciously choose the music we listen to, because the messages of the songs we hear can influence our thoughts, desires, actions, emotions.

Those who study brain development claim that we are emotional beings that we learn to reason, not rational beings with emotions .. emotions are very important in the choices we make moment to moment

Louise Hay taught many things about the mind and the programming of the mind, she had a very difficult childhood, and yet, she managed to overcome herself, discipline her mind and live a life with joy, love, peace and purpose
She taught among other things the use of positive affirmations, the music we hear are like positive affirmations that we repeat in our mind, they are like mantras

For that reason, it is important to think about what music we want to listen to and because, what emotions we want to feel, or to reflect if we only seek to feel good in the present moment or to discipline our minds for the future

I think that music can help us release the emotions of the past, it can help us connect with the present and at the same time if we consciously choose the songs we listen to can help us to be more prepared for the future
