Where can I find any information on the Rewind technique mentioned by Roger and Mark in this thread?

Hi Giorgio

I guess you mean this thread:

The Rewind technique is an adaptation of the V/K dissociation, an NLP technique. It's notoriously difficult to describe, but easy to do, and extremely effective for curing phobias and PTSD.

The technique works by having the person review the problem time visually while remaining calm. You should be able to track down details by searching for the V/K.

Best

Does "rewind" in this case stress repeating experiencing in one's mind the problem situation while relaxed and calm using the V/K dissociation technique in order to amplify its effectiveness?

That's sort of the idea Giorgio - dissociation is the key element.
