if there is nothing you know what to do go for a walk, that is what i do when i feel lost, i go for walk, i may stop for a drink, i may invite someone i know
try not to be depeded on just one "friend" he/she may decide not to go out any longer and you will be left alone, so you better keep more options for oneself so you become less depended on a single person
i always hated the moments i wanted to go out and my "best friend" rejected and had noone else to call
you got to have more options and that comes as a result of keeping ppl in touch and not ignore them just because you going out with someone at a moment, he may be gone one day
write quick short msg-s to ppl you know around you, keep your relationships warm so you have it easier to go out with someone when you want to
about the fear, there will be fear because you are unsure what you doing , you are lost, its really that simple
but when you know exactly what you doing There will be no fear
you will have your own ideas how to spend your time, if you want to work, if you want to rest, if you wanto go out, play games, you have your ideas and how you manage your life
