I don't work anymore. I have 300k and that money is working for me (by gaining interest and other investments probably around £500+ a week)

I am getting more money. I am not currently losing money.

Given you say you recently came into this money unexpectedly, I understand why you have no idea how money actually works.

You are losing money. One year from now, you will not have 300k, you will be lucky to have 250k. In two or three more years, if not sooner, you will be broke.

I didnt read the responses but oh--I totally understand you and have been there...let me tell you. I too have the same issue, tired in day, awake at night. (thats just our normal) It took a long time but I found the job/jobs that work for me. Heres what you do, stop applying to things that can get just you a check, knowing it may not be an exact fit for YOUR needs. You listed you need specific hours, something less likely to expose you to sickness and probably some flexibility. Go into you job search with those must haves. Will it narrow your options, yes, will you maybe go a month or 2 with nothing, maybe...but you gotta stick to your guns. I literally was in the same boat, walked into a docs office one day and half jokingly said if you need someone to do your calls and scheduling, Id be happy to do it from home. Guess what...they took me up on the offer....sooo..ya I do that part time..in my pjs if I want, if I need to sleep I do for a bit, If I have a errand, I run em bc I got the work phone. Who freakin knew right? Then to add I also worked over night at a museum..best...job..ever....and still do here and there. By yourself...at night (we are wide awake at this point right) getting to view amazing sights each day, amazing sunrises, doing your job and eating snacks...little germs...little interaction...bam...so combine the two and I got myself a pretty sweet deal with ok wages for the most part. Am I rich? nope! but my freedom and ability to not feel like crap is priceless. So, there are options out there you gotta be bold and try other ways to find them outside of the typical online application. You have over night concierge jobs, plenty of over night jobs 3 days a week type, mostly is healthcare but if that bothers you, try security in a safe manner, answer phones for a answering service (these places tend to be flexible) just stick to your terms, dont bend, think outside the box and you should hopefully see your luck change! ps. Histology techs work over night, its contained lab work little risk of exposure and people, etc...lots of options just gotta be brave and venture out.
