still slightly anxious...

Hello!

Since my last (1st) post, i made an appointment to attend the clinic run at Uncommon Knowledge, in order to sort out my anxietys (which was truly amazing and i recommend it!). Its been just under a week and i am definately feeling more grounded (if that makes sense) ... i'm alot more calm and i've not cried for days!! - I have also been listening to the panic prevention program CD which is helping...

However, some things still seem a little daunting with regard to work. I'm still quite stressed about the thought of traveling to the manufacturing plant in Bristol. I have explained my fears to my boss and he seems happy to give me some time but i'm concerned how long it might take.

Although, i am going to attend the clinic again next week for another session, i was just wondering if 'improvement' continues to develop gradually and if there was anything else i could do to help? Are there anymore CD's?

I desperately want to be free of this niggling anxiety so that i can get on with life.

Thanks,
Wiz

Glad to hear Wiz.

I will point your concerns out to UK staff and have them address this.
