Does lecithin supps worth the money

I take lecithin for two years to cure impairment at my brain. I have no idea if it works anyone have any idea about this? Is it useful..just don't want to waste my money..thanks..

wrong portal to consult for pharmaceuticals don't you think? you must ask your doctor or someone who has physically examined you, just so you're safe

I don't have a local chemist unfortunately. I have read somewhere it's a powerful brain nutrient. But in today's world one mustn't believe everything he reads..

When you get tired of trying "things that don't work," then perhaps you'll be open to eating the foods that we are meant to eat . . . fresh and raw and properly-grown and picked-ripe Fruits, and Berries, and Melons, along with the help of (non-adulterated) botanicals (herbs). Ask for references, and I will provide them (again).

I eat would servings of fruits everyday..banana and mandarin. My dinner is baked potato ..its a plant isn't it?
