That's a negative statement right there.

How hard is it to think good thoughts about yourself? Sheesh!

What you think about what is going on around you is causing the stress. The stress doesn't come from your environment.

Trying to think positive when you really feel that what's going on is negative, is adding even more thinking on top of the thinking that's already being your stressor.

Try this trick. Don't think about it. Just say to yourself, "It's okay." Whatever comes up, "It's okay." "If I am having thoughts that I don't like, it's okay. They will pass. New thoughts will come along. And that's okay, too." Anything other than, "It's okay" is added thought. And even so, that's okay.

Do that over and over and over again until it becomes a habit.

Never forget that it's okay.

Taxpayer says he has done the thing. That's nice. The only thing is they might have done it wrong as officers there seems inexperienced and unqualified. That's my worry tonight.
