I don't know what that means but if that's where you're at, so be it.

Accepting what-is is an important step in healing, Sometimes two steps forward and one back, or the other way round. It doesn't matter.

The most important thing is to be patient with yourself and trust that you're heading the right way.

That doesn't mean you'll be using it in your 40s.

Some of your earlier posts on this thread were certainly delusional, but not now. They probably gave you anti-psychotics while you were in hospital.

Rest, my friend. Take it easy. Maybe some gentle yoga and meditation. Your wires got crossed temporarily but you won't need anti-psychotics for ever. I know they have a way of making you perpetually hungry and lethargic. The weight comes off when things get back to normal.

You can trust your instincts. You're going the right way. Patience!

It's all good, laureat. You'll sleep when you need to.

joined forum 2012? what happend in 2012 to make you join? and can i just say i've never seen such huge paranoia, my suggestion is rather simple. If you are up for a challenge start realizing as long as you keep saying 'they brainwashed me' they indeed did there is fine line of what you can control and one of those things is how you speak to yourself and start thinking it's good that somebody is interested in you, meditate, learn to live life and be fearless and trust nobody but yourself in a good way and ensure you are feeling good because you are wasting your life. Good luck btw did you know when you say 'good luck' to somebody they do 20% better job at it?
