Some of your earlier posts on this thread were certainly delusional, but not now. They probably gave you anti-psychotics while you were in hospital.
Rest, my friend. Take it easy. Maybe some gentle yoga and meditation. Your wires got crossed temporarily but you won't need anti-psychotics for ever. I know they have a way of making you perpetually hungry and lethargic. The weight comes off when things get back to normal.
You can trust your instincts. You're going the right way. Patience!
