two sides of me showed in hypnosis and the kind dark one!

hey there

my Name is Abdullah, people Call me Qassab. anyway so I have done hyonsis and when i did that a dark me, like a dark being trys to take over. voice changes and i feel more upper body muscular whihc is not. now the kind me and the dark me are both kind thats how i know me both though its occupying my mind a lot of what it means. i will go to my hypnothrapist againa and keep at this for sure. the thing is after the session and trying to merge them i feel like i trying to adjust to my self like how ones trys to adjust to new pair of shoes!! i am involved qith quite a few programs and projects. its bit of a work with the newer version of me with two together and the feeling i got of the dark kind side of me being always with me is a new sensation.

ANYONE experienced that??
