treatment centers? i need some advice...

i've been battling with an eating disorder for several years now. i know i'm harming my body, but i just can't get myself to eat. my family is begging me to seek anorexia treatment at Brookhaven Hospital in tulsa, and even though i want to make them happy, i'm not sure i'm ready to stop. has anyone been to this treatment center, or anything like it? was it as hard for you as it is for me? and was it even worth it? im just scared to take this leap forward. any advice would be greatly appreciated..
