How To Bring Yourself More Luck

BBC World Service wrote:Is luck down to chance, or can our fortune be influenced by the way we think and behave? Professor Richard Wiseman, a psychologist at the University of Hertfordshire in the UK, has identified four key factors that separate lucky and unlucky people.

Professor Wiseman explains his observations in a BBC CrowdScience video, which unfortunately this forum does not trust me to share with you. With a little luck you will find that video by searching the web for "BBC What makes some people luckier than others?"

At the end of that video, Professor Wiseman suggests one way in which you can make yourself more lucky: From now on, every day, simply write down one good thing that happened to you!

If, like me, you need to start by writing down something that is very dull then I am sorry - but never mind, because according to Professor Wiseman, by doing this we will each begin to see a gradual improvement in our luck! Here goes..

to reduce 'fly by' advertising, signatures may not be created until you have more than 30 posts and have been a member of Uncommon Forum for more than 7 days. ~ rules.php

Obviously this goes for links as well -- but as you say, members can find Richard Wiseman (I wonder if he changed his surname??) for themselves. I thought you gave us the guts of it very well, anyway.
