Program for the shy and anxious

My boss is planning to hold training programs for the different departments in our company. Also, he's thinking of having a special program for our shy employees and those with anxiety issues. Do you think this is a good idea? If yes, how do you think we should go about it?

Training is always great right? I think you and your colleagues should think and discuss where your weak points are - and the go to the right training!

Hi, I agree to that @tijmenklip. A good strategy in training employees has a well planned program.
