Handy to know. Maybe it's relaxing earlier in the day but then the caffeine gets to you. Stopping at 19:00 makes good sense if that's the case. I have an only-till-noon rule about coffee.
ı tried seroquel, unisom, atarax none havent worked even a little..ı tried gnc natra sl supplement ıt hasnt worked too. My insomnia is treatment resistant ı think.
I know the feeling! Last year my chronic insomnia became acute. My doctors gave me Zolpidem which knocked me out for a couple of hours, then I was awake soon after midnight and didn't get back to sleep. Then they tried Zopiclone, which didn't work at all and had horrible side-effects. I only took that once.
The only thing that may work is reducing caffeine that ı took tons.
Yes, you can't expect to sleep if you do that. Trouble is, if you need to go to work after a night with little or no sleep, you have to do something to wake yourself up, don't you? That's how I met Zeki. For a while we were both at the same coffee shop getting our 'fixes' of caffeine before heading for work. He seems to be okay having it every weekday, but he's younger than both of us. These poisons -- and they
are poisons -- accumulate over years. You can get an allergy to them, as well. I'm sure I've shown you this
http://www.doctoryourself.com/caffeine_allergy.html before. You have the symptoms of caffeine allergy; I have, too.
ı feel crap today and tomorrow there is work..
I hope you'll sleep tonight, desperate. Along with reducing caffeine, you could try getting some vigorous exercise. I'm talking to myself here, too.
