Anxiety hunger

Postby Guess what? » Sun Sep 09, 2018 4:32 pm

I'm not able to do a normal eating routine:

Breakfast
Lunch
Snack
Dinner

Or better, I can do, but sometimes I go over the breakfast, maybe I eat few at lunch and then eat a lot for a snack.
And I don't like much eating vegetables, as snack I like to eat really fat and disgusting things like Cracker with mayonnaise
or Nutella, or Sandwich + yogurt + chocolate twinkie.

Sometimes I like to eat sushi as dinner, and there I took even good food with vegetables or fruits like rice with ananas, or shrimps with vegetables. But I really go mad for trash food, and since I'm not a really good looking guy, I would like avoid these.

Go see a nutritionist. Seek professional help as it will help you be more accountable for what you eat.:)

Have you ever thought of joining a Facebook group with a given nutritional strategy that they promote? This way you can get advice and be held accountable to a more healthy lifestyle.

But the real question is, how do you feel when you eat trash food? Specifically, what are you feeling BEFORE you eat the trash food? Bored? Complacent? Aimless? Wanting some excitement?

Maybe, just maybe you're encountering problems in your life and distorting them into longing for food.
Maybe, just maybe you should recognize a simple truth, food isn't truth/honestly/justice/completeness/human decency--things you meaningfully hunger for.

Maybe you should run for a while instead of eating.

Enjoy the land around you instead of eating it.

In the end, you need not TAKE to appreciate everything around you, but should quietly appreciate.
HUNGER isn't a sickness! It's a problem for a moment, a natural impetuous, like many others. Do you understand this aspect arising in you and craft sound strategies to counter and overcome? You must do that. It's your work as a human being. To GROW as a person, you must understand what ails you and work to deal with that. It's so much better than what most people do, imitating/accommodating/pretending, putting on a show.

1- recognize a problem in you, in your expressions(what you say don't say/do, don't do)
2- reflect upon your past in similar situations
3- use your imagination to re imagine the past, doing BETTER
4- live your life, and when a similar situation arises, implement your new strategy
5- it's not going to work very well, also the emotional undercurrent which led to your MESS is a matter to deal with over time, not before correcting
Do this over and over again...

Care more about ALL than yourself. Don't LOOK at how others LOOK at you.. Care about ALL. Others aren't even starting to deal with these problems. You bit an apple, now SWALLOW IT!
