Postby honestmarcos » Fri Nov 30, 2012 6:04 pm

my name is not an issue, who i am is not an issue, im 38 and for 25years my life has been run by weed, high grade, you know all the skunks, i was attempting to go cold turkey, it sent me into a heavy deppression which im now getting medication for. it helps a little but just did not stop the craving for the taste, the feeling of feeling normal!!!! so ive decided to try cutting down which is saving me a little bit of money. ive realised also that apart from saving a hundred pounds cash a week i starting to revive my relationship with the woman i love. step 1, go cold turkey 1st 2 weeks, go through the sleepless nights and the nightmares. step 2 have 3 twenty bags WHICH MUST LAST A WEEK!!! step 3 4 bags a week now to try cutting down again!!!!!!!!!1 :(

Good job on making the move to change, honestmarcos! I wish you good luck with your challenge.

To help you keep doing what you're doing, look at what you've done so far on a daily basis and give yourself rewards. These rewards shouldn't be taking weed, okay? Think of other things that make you happy such as a simple scoop of ice cream or a word of encouragement. Don't forget to congratulate yourself at the end of every successful day. That simple gesture will have positive effects on you and can help you succeed in your endeavor.

Good luck!
