Who is emotional intelligent person???????

...some examples include: a person who knows when and how to handle conflict, how to express unconditional love when appropriate, can empathize with others, knows to how communicate verbally and non-verbally, how to express an unpopular truth without ruffling too many feathers and perhaps motivating others to think outside the box, too.....

that's just a few.

Well, I agree with this, too. If we were to make a fraction, it might look like heart then the line then the brain over it? Or the other way around??
