Postby No0ne » Fri Aug 04, 2017 7:32 pm

Hello, I have some problems with eating. If my mood is bad, if I am sad or angry, I loose my appetite. So lately my mood is bad, and I dont want to eat like all day, I can eat just breakfast, and its okay for me,I dont feel hungry.I eat less, like about a month, and my organism is weak, I get sick often. Any ideas what to do? I am skinny, and I dont want to loose more weight.

Here's a link about supplements for gaining weight: http://www.gainingweight101.com/healthy ... e-reviews/

You can buy Ensure at any retail or wholesale store like Walmart, Costco.

But be careful. Nowadays, I notice many people can gain weight easier than lose weight. There are people who eat and eat and eat when they feel bored, sad, upset or depressed. And they get to a habit and cannot stop eating. And when they want to lose weight, it's very hard.

Try to exercise regularly. Exercise helps you to control your emotion. Body and mind affect each other. When your body is healthy, your mind is clear and you may feel happy. And vice versa.

Not eating is a normal and healthy reaction to stress. Also, when depressed, people lose their taste for food. For me, food seems to be important, but secondary issue. I wonder what is happening in your life that you feel bad mostly all the time. But also, undereating for a long time changes the body chemistry and provokes depression.

How about a balanced meal plan, regular exercise? And, of course, addressing those issues that make you feel so low.

I do not eat too much, but I do not feel sick or anything. So I wonder whether you have an eating disorder or not. Probably you do not, but you should see a doctor and find it out, just in case.

it is people who eat too much because they get too excited and cant stop eating and obsessing with the food -
It is people who dont eat too much because they are " too relaxed "

If someone wants to eat less food they have to try to relax more
If someone wants to eat more; try to create more excitment

You wake up in the morning and do some activity that will activate your mind and the body: you become more excited like you become when having sex : and those are the moments when you also get more hungry

But if you are like: disapointed or simply relaxed and passive on the table : it also mean you will eat less

Pressure makes me excited and hungry
If i feel no pressure no goals, no activity, just disapointment and passive i cannot eat too much food either
