Confidence course, give it a go

I have recently attended a Confidence course run by a Carer's association. It was only 8 weeks, 16 hours, run by a brilliant tutor. I would recommend it to anyone. Covers stress and self esteem and how to be assertive and lots lots more. I think the inspiration comes from the tutor, as I find myself feeling good on the day of the course and the next day, I can tackle anything. I had to pluck up courage to attend, and the other people felt the same, and we hardly said a word. Now, we don't shut up, and I can see the change in the other people, and I know I have regained some of my confidence. I think anything what restores your confidence, pushes panic attacks further away. Where as before they ruled my life. Hope this will help anyone.

Fantastic, Lynda! Well done!

Make sure that you let yourself really integrate everything you are learning from the course, so that it comes naturally!
