Cluster A PD

Hello, I am interested in personality disorders, especially with Cluster A disorders, which don't seem to get as much coverage as the rambunctious Cluster B. Does anyone have experience treating someone with Schitzoid or Schitzotypal personality disorder. I understand that the diagnosis for this around two years and that these are not personalities that normally seek treatment. I would appreciate it if you could give me an overview of such a case, and treatments that proved helpful. All without disclosing any information unethically, of course. Thank you in advance.
