Escapism at work

Either find a job you actually enjoy or instead of trying to find your motivation at work find it in a hobby and maybe it will follow into your job as well. It's not always finding something you want to do but just doing something that your able to get good at. I find it's the aspect of seeing improvements or good results that fuels motivation for anything

a problem is that our feelings dont understand the point of something like reading books and doing jobs

like someone may love to have the driving liscence but its not how he feels about reading the book about

this has nothing to do with i dont love driving,
the problem is i dont feel good about reading the book , as the feelings dont know the reward all they can understand is you are doing some nonsense which is getting you no reward

well what can we do about it? should we all quit reading books and doing jobs? just because we dont get excited about? lets everyone start gamming?

what we should do about it, is we have to look for ways to deal with our feelings, like as we read a book we can write that on a computer show the lessons to someone else, so we try to create somekind of play with it, so it starts to make sense to our feelings


and we cannot just ignore the feelings its our source of energy we should try different ways so we can feel good about what we do
