Hi Natasha

Welcome to our forum! You're right about egor, by the way, he's a very decent sort.

Things seem pretty grim in your life right now, but you've come to the right place to get some help.

First off, take a look at the Panic Attacks Course and have a go at some of the suggestions.

Tell us what you think!

Its good to have someone who is in the same boat as you, someone who really understands what you are going thru.
You know someone will usually always be here no matter what time of the day or night it is.
Like I said this site has helped me so much, Iv not had a panic attack for over a month now. I feel much better in myself, more positive.
i hope it does the same for you hun.

Hey kelley, that's great! No PAs for a month! That's really fantastic!

What are you doing differently now?

Hi Tasha. I have suffered from pa's and severe anxiety for five years. I am getting better gradually, it doesn't happen overnight. I recently went on a Confidence course, it really helped me.All I can say, is read this site, and you will find you are not alone. And most of all, if you can TRY TO RELAX, as that is a major part of controlling your thoughts. I know that is easier said than done, when you are in a panic attack, but practise your breathing. i wish you all the best. Lynda
