Homicidal Tendencies.

Hi, Im 16.
Lately I've been having short burst of homicidal thoughts.
These are mainly triggered by people that have hurt me or people I really care about. I dont know If this is normal or not? I usually talk to my parents or friends about my depression and when im suicidal, but this feels like something too scary and bad to talk about.

More cannabis equals less homicidal tendencies.

When you learn to love yourself more, you will automatically learn to love other people more.

This video can change your self talk in a more positive direction

Hi Trapeze,

I wanted to reach out to you because when I was going through something similar, I didn't feel comfortable talking to anyone about it either. It just felt a little to scary, like you said.

Here are a couple things that helped me deal with it:

1. Go for a walk. Feel yourself walking and pay attention to the 5 senses.
2. Ignore any thoughts and just decide that you are only going to pay attention to walking, breathing, etc.
3. Try to separate yourself from the emotions. Acknowledge that the emotion is not you and that it will pass.

I hope that helps. Keep reaching out. You're not alone.

Love,

Michelle
