For some reason, where I live, the females seem smarter. The ones I know are very employable and hard-working. When I talk with these women I get a feeling of an actual conversation. Then, when I see the husbands or boyfriends I get surprised. The men seem somehow less intelligent than their female partners. Less communicative. At the same time, they work hard. Cynically I wonder if the men are selected on the basis of their work capacity.
Now, myself, I picked up a fair few skills along the years, as a result of being socially impaired. Even some languages. Despite that, I'm very single. I talk to women very easily and seem relatively understood by them. However, I'm very androgynous. So I notice the differences.
