Not as bad as it has been, was having bad dreams about the ex, which is better than dreaming we are back together then waking up and realising how useless and stupid i really am to even consider that.
Just thinking about her a lot and cant seem to stop today

You shouldnt let people like my upset you Mossy, you have a husband who loves you and a fantastic future ahead of you. Just think about that
