Hey
I'm a 30 year old man who has, over the last 18 months, lost nearly 8 stone through diet & exercise. Over the past month or so I've either not eaten for a few days or binged and then made myself sick. Things are now getting worse...I'm eating well below 1000 cal a day, burning 700-900cal in the gym daily and then binging on chocolates, biscuits and sweets and then making myself sick. I have cuts on my hands from my teeth and am sitting for aaaaaaaaaaaaaaages in the bathroom attempting to bring up all the rubbish.
I don't know what to do? I can't seem to get my mind back on track to eat healthy and exercise, all I think about is the number on the scales and how to stop looking so fat
