Confused & Concerned

Postby 1983cpp » Sun Sep 08, 2013 7:24 pm

Hey

I'm a 30 year old man who has, over the last 18 months, lost nearly 8 stone through diet & exercise. Over the past month or so I've either not eaten for a few days or binged and then made myself sick. Things are now getting worse...I'm eating well below 1000 cal a day, burning 700-900cal in the gym daily and then binging on chocolates, biscuits and sweets and then making myself sick. I have cuts on my hands from my teeth and am sitting for aaaaaaaaaaaaaaages in the bathroom attempting to bring up all the rubbish.

I don't know what to do? I can't seem to get my mind back on track to eat healthy and exercise, all I think about is the number on the scales and how to stop looking so fat :(

Love is the healing force. Love dissolves fear, anger, jealousy, blame, guilt, tension, resentment, criticism and open our lives up to more happiness, peace and harmony.

Learning to love yourself more is quite straight forward. You can look into a mirror for ten minutes or more every day and say

"I am willing to change, I am willing to forgive all past hurts and set myself free from the burden of resentment, I am my own best friend, I love myself and I respect myself. I deserve happiness just because I exist"

It kind alike anorexia ! You need to seek a psychologist asap, nutritionist may help you by giving eating plans, but in your situation you first need to make up your mind and change inside, then change your eating habits!
Take care
