Haven't had one for 6wks tomorrow, been using patches and inhalator (which deals with the need for a ciggie NOW!)
Started just before going on the sick with anxiety/depression, so timing wasn't great, especially with all the chemical changes in the body which really seemed to screw things up, but tell you what - it's really worth it just to taste & smell food properly, as well as knowing that, by this time next year, I will have halved my chances of a heart attack or stroke.
Which is what started the anxiety in the 1st place
You can do it, but rely on your GP as well as your friends.
