Weight loss journey -> 30 pounds lost

hi, I think nothing bad will happen if I start a journal here, a journal about my weight loss adventure. I am currently weighing 198 lbs and my target weight is 168 lbs.
I'm starting 31.01. I use an unconventional method using supplements in combination with an interesting diet, so I think it will be interesting.

I think it will be an ad for weight-loss supplements. I hope I'm wrong.

no, it will not. eh such posts demotivate and discourage me to this forum, really.
I will write here only about my progress, this thread is more like for me - to keep myself motivated

6.02: 195 lbs, 3 lbs lost.

for the first days there were no results, which demotivized me a bit, but it is already going. the machine started and nothing will stop her. I hope that now there will only be better results.

ps. I will write here only as there will be some progress.
