Experience with eating disorder clinic?

My team is pushing for me to enter an IOP eating disorder program two hours away. I know it could be good and I don't feel ready.
There's a part of me- a loud, big part of me- who doesn't want to quit my bad habits. And is scared. And is telling me not to go.
I feel more and more like I'm going to back out. (Due to go starting Wednesday.)
Has anyone done a program like this?
What can I expect?
I don't want to go.

If this program ignores the underlying biochemical disorder responsible for anorexia/bulimia, then it may be a waste of time. Read:

I opted to put it off for a week. I just can't go right now. :oops:
