The desperate788 pendulum. I get myself dragged into the thought structure of 'help-me-help-me" and then it's always the same outcome. The advantage is that I get bits of practice on the concepts presented.

I may die from heart attack or something like that because of heavy stress at work. Who will be responsible then? Me? Or my father who made me choiceless? Or someone else? I heard many fatalities because of work stress.

Me too! It's crazy-making, right?

I talked to my mother about resigning. She has power on me. I couldn't make the decision again. Why am I so? Can't make decisions by myself. I'm afraid from my mother. I should have made the decision no one with a psyche like mine can stand this job. Anyways I'm at point zero again. Have to deal with mess tomorrow again.
