Hi All,
Does anyone ever wanted to know which self-help program works best?

I've been struggling with this myself and wanted to do something about that.
That’s why I’m in the middle of creating a new self-help portal where you can compare all sorts of self-help materials to find out what works best for you.

I was wondering if people want to take a look at this and share their opinion about it.

Because I’m still a new member I may not share a link but search for Get Self-Development and Indiegogo and you’ll see what I’m talking about.

Thanks for the help!

Caring for your self-development,

A great book that may help you along is 'What you can change and what you can't' by Martin Seligman. Has plenty of information regarding what types of issues can be tackled successfully and the related research
