Stress has become a daily part of our life. Like an unwanted guest in our house. On top of that, the pandemic has just made it more difficult for people who were dealing with their bad mental health. Best way to relax?
In my personal opinion, Reiki therapy may help you relax. It's a natural way of healing and relaxation. You can either have it done by some mental health center or you can do it at home.
