ı must save money due to possibility of being fired. My performance low doesnt comply working hours and you know ım labelled insane. Not a bright portfolio

Stress has become a daily part of our life. Like an unwanted guest in our house. On top of that, the pandemic has just made it more difficult for people who were dealing with their bad mental health. Best way to relax?

In my personal opinion, Reiki therapy may help you relax. It's a natural way of healing and relaxation. You can either have it done by some mental health center or you can do it at home.

Beach, go camping, go trekking. These are my usual remedies, try it and it might work for you as well

If I want to relax I usually go a long ride using my bike to the beach and sit there while listening to some music that I like. And it works for me, I felt relaxed.
