Emailing each other for support

hi all, i am new to this site, i have been suffering with panic attacks and anxiety for 6 years now, recently it has come back worse, and at a time where i have started a new job i enjoy, after being medically retired 6 years ago, i am 31 now..i scour the net for advice and chatrooms, help etc to get me to feel some normality. do any of you email each other for support and keep intouch..

my name is paul, i am 31, married with 3 daughters..

I can understand how you feel you get over it move on and smack there they are again.
