This is my first week posting here. I am trying to get some idea of the reception of a therapeutic approach I use. Most of my techniques are commonly known anD used. However, one technique I use has had great success and does not seem to be well know, even through it is very, very, simple. CaN I get some constructive criticism on the approach of utilizing the four primary feelings, joy, grief, fear, and relief as a way to help clients release feelings. Some of my work is utilized in a published interview. Please check out,"succeeding on the golf course by managing your emotions" you can google the title and it will pop up. I am hoping this approach which I have used for various clients besides golfers, can help people be true to themselves. Thanks for your help
